We just had our first at home vet visit from Dr. Gaines yesterday. It was wonderful and my husband and I are totally sold. Dr. Gaines is not only personable but very thorough. He showed up with all the tools of his trade in our living room, including a large scale to weigh our dog. Millie responded to his touch easily without anxiety. He took the time and talked with us about every issue and how to care for her, explaining things we weren’t aware of from previous vets. Unlike tradition vet office there were no distractions from other animals, no waiting in awaiting area and no waiting in a small room with a nervous dog. We are very happy we made the change.
